Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us at dastkaari.store@gmail.com to start a return, and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

If your piece arrives damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Custom and personalized orders are made just for you and are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
